Data security and secrecy

No. This is no obligation.
However, we would be happy, of course, to have your thesis or book mentioned in lists of books or articles edited by us. For this, we would adjust the price of the edit.

We also guarantee you according to our terms of absolute silence on content received and your personal information. This information is used exclusively for the processing of the respective order. There is no data storage. Furthermore, it is also possible to set up an extended confidentiality agreement.

In the affidavit you declare that the scientific thesis submitted by you was provided by you independently and without undue foreign help.
Korrektorius’ professional corrections only apply to the text passages you have already formulated and therefore do not represent ghostwriting. Thus, the use of proofreading is completely unproblematic and you do not violate the affidavit.

Full formatting of your thesis can be done within 24 hours.

Directories can be completed and formatted upon request. For this we build up your directories according to the respective guidelines of your university.

Frequently asked Questions

Korrektorius Editing edits all common file formats. This includes all MS Word® formats, Open Office formats® and LaTeX files.

The processing time depends on the number of standard pages, the condition of the text and the scope of the commissioned services. However, it is usually between 2 – 5 days.
Express editing and other express services can be arranged by prior agreement. Even short-term requests can be edited.

Depending on the nature and extent of the work, your respective editor will average around 3,000 to 4,000 corrections per 100 pages.

We work on e.g. your Word documents in tracking mode. This mode allows transparent corrections as well as additional comments and suggestions from the editor. You will immediately recognize where and why corrections were necessary.

A standard page consists of 1500 characters (including spaces). You only pay for the characters that are actually read and edited by the editor.
Images and tables are not used for the determination of the number of standard pages. In order for you to be able to make a cost estimate, Word offers the possibility to calculate the number of characters, incl. spaces, of your document.
